Suspentune Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing the shipping and tracking information

Ordered items that are custom built or non stocked items, these orders will be supplied within 1-2 days after being received from the manufacturer.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Be aware while every attempt will be made to source door to door delivery when selected, with some orders, to some locations this will not be possible. In particular, orders with any of the following attributes may need to be directed to your nearest freight depot for customer collection.

• Where the customer has provided a residential address.
• Where the customer has requested delivery to a remote location
• Where the goods are required to be paletised for the particular carrier and/or location

To ensure the best possible chance of door to door delivery, please provide a commercial address for delivery and whether a forklift is available for use.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order can are calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout.    

Regional & Remote Area Shipping Rates

Due to rapid and frequent fluctuations in freight prices regional and remote area orders shipping pricing may be re-quoted with adjusted freight costs in some cases. 

Local Pickup

Suspentune offers local pickup as an option at checkout to customers located in Clontarf, Qld.

Please contact Suspentune prior to collecting your items to ensure they are ready for collection.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us or the carrier which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note, shipping to P.O boxes is not available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
